PURFLAT is designed to remove variability from flat-top foam block production.

Using high-precision load cells installed on the machine conveyor, the system continuously monitors the block profile throughout the foaming process.

This real-time data is processed by an advanced control algorithm that automatically adjusts production parameters in a closed-loop logic. Any deviation from the target profile is instantly corrected, ensuring stable and repeatable block growth from start to end.
