This froth rises uniformly to the desired block height within seconds, ensuring a flat top profile that minimizes waste and maximizes chemical conversion into usable foam. Thanks to its optimized slot dimensions and shape, the Gatebar allows for extremely long production runs without the risk of buildup, even when using high-viscosity materials or fillers.
