The C-Max utilises advanced Liquid Laydown production process, using a PURFORM fall plate and pour plate technology to ensure superior foam block shape and quality. It combines variable width conveyorised sidewalls up to 2,500 mm wide, with precise chemical metering units that seamlessly adapt to different foam types / densities and specialty grades.
The Omega 4.0 control system eliminates operator error, providing precise formulation management and real-time production control. Designed for future scalability, the C-Max supports up to 80 chemical streams and can be easily upgraded to meet evolving production needs without major mechanical or electrical changes.
