Cannon Viking offer a complete and comprehensive support to all customers throughout the life of their foam machine project. This support includes a team of specialists to assist the customer with; the purchasing decisions, supplying equipment, providing layout designs, project management and technical and after sales services and of course spare parts from Cannon Vikings extensive stock.
Every project is assigned a specific and experience project manager who handles and monitors everything from the machine / equipment design and build, machine packing and delivery as well as the installation and the start-up of the equipment to ensure a complete seamless project handover.
Cannon Viking has a dedicated and highly qualified Technical Service Support team to deliver a fast and effective service for the installation to commissioning of the Cannon Viking foam plant for the entire life of the machine.

Pre-Delivery Trainings
For all projects we invite the client to visit Cannon Viking during the final stages of the machine build to oversee the test, machine operation and for initial machine training. This service greatly benefits our customers by helping them prepare for the arrival of their new Cannon Viking foam plant.
