The Turntable diameter and load capacity will be designed according to customer specifcation and features a non-slip surface for safety, multi point hot water distribution ring connected to a water heater for effective mold temperature control. This solution is the perfect choice for processes that benefit from smooth, continuous rotation.
The Indexing Turntable, on the other hand, is designed for precision and control. The Turntable diameter and load capacity will be designed according to customer specification. This allows for exact positioning with stops at predefined intervals for mold pouring. It includes a hot water distribution system, an integrated air supply, and modular mold carrier frames. This version is particularly suited for processes requiring precise, intermittent movements, such as closed mold pouring, product loading and unloading, or detailed operational tasks.
